UK YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly has been acquitted of raping a young fan after a Perth concert, but could still face a retrial on three other rape charges after jurors failed to reach verdicts.
The 30-year-old, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was also found guilty of two counts of assault causing bodily harm.
He was charged over the alleged sexual assault of a 20-year-old woman in a Perth hotel room after a nightclub performance in 2024.

Yung Filly
The London-based rapper started his career as a YouTuber in 2013.
He now has millions of followers across multiple platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
Barrientos also became a TV personality over recent years, hosting and starring in several UK programs.
The rapper toured Australia in September 2024, performing in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
Charges
In 2024, WA Police alleged Barrientos sexually assaulted a woman in her 20s in a Perth hotel room after performing at a nightclub.
He was arrested in Brisbane before being extradited to Perth to face court.
Barrientos was charged with six counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of impeding another person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to the neck.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Trial
During the trial, the woman told the court she believed she was heading to an after-party before willingly having consensual sex with Barrientos, who she alleged then anally raped her without her consent.
She alleged he held her by the throat, repeatedly slapped her, told her to describe herself in degrading terms, and continued despite her crying and saying no.
Barrientos denied the allegations, saying the sexual activity was consensual throughout.
He admitted biting the woman, calling them “love bites”, but denied slapping or choking her.
Verdict
The jury returned a mixed verdict: Not guilty: Three counts of rape, one count of choking, one count of assault.
Guilty: Two counts of assault causing bodily harm.
No verdict: Three counts of rape, meaning jurors could not reach an agreement.
Barrientos will be sentenced on the two assault convictions next month.
At that hearing, prosecutors are expected to indicate whether they will seek a retrial on the three rape charges the jury could not agree on.
