The findings come from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), which publishes yearly data on Australia’s gender pay gap.

Its latest report reveals Australia’s gender pay gap is the same as last year – marking the first time efforts to reduce the gender pay gap have stalled.

The gender pay gap shows the difference between the average full-time earnings of women and men across the workforce. It is not referring to men and women being paid differently when they do the same job.
