Headlines: Fiji declares national HIV emergency

Immigration Minister Tony Burke has revealed the Government’s planned changes to the migration system. An apartment building in Gaza collapsed overnight, killing at least 20 people, including six children. Fiji has declared its HIV epidemic a national emergency. In a statement this week, the country’s government said it now estimates one in 60 adults has the disease, including as many as one in 50 pregnant women. And today’s good news!
