Yesterday, American rapper Macklemore revealed he'd been dropped from his slot opening for Ed Sheeran's world tour.

It came less than a week after the performer made comments on stage in support of Palestine.

The moment gained worldwide attention after pop star Pink weighed in on social media, with calls for Macklemore to be pulled from the lineup.
